Problem with the installation process

2. In case you can't install component, please submit ticket on category: OS Property and provide your site url with super admin account. I will help you to install component for you.

Hello,
I read the documentation on how to install OS Property before doing the actual installation. Nevertheless, I wasn't able to install the component.
I'll buy again the extension for the subscription and I will gladly accept your help for the installation. Is there any possibility that you can help me while I go through the process of the installation without giving you my super admin account, please?
