count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given was created by zaka

Hi. I have os property 3.20.7 installed and if I update php from 7.4 to 8, I have this error message when trying to display the details of a property:

count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given
