About "You do not have permission to go to this area"

Hi, 

I got the message 
"You do not have permission to go this area"
when i click a property to see detail (havent logged), on front-end.

The property was created by agent, who paid by paypal already completed, i had set approved and publishing already on backend,
and the access level set on public.

If same setting, the property created from administratoron backend, it hadn't any problem, i can click to see the detail of property and everything is ok on frontend.
