Compatible with joomla 4?

Hello i have some pre sales questions.

If i buy the OS property component and  the real homes template, if i install the quickstart then i will get 100% the site as i see it on quickstart?

And another question. The OS propert as i saw is competible with joomla 4. The templates are also compatible? And what framework do they use?

The Quickstart package of OSP Real Homes is Joomla package with OS Property and OSP Real Homes template installed. Once you install the quickstart package, you will have the site like demo 100%.
Currently, OS Property is fully compatible with Joomla4, but OSP Real Homes (or other real estate templates of us) not.
