Error count(): Argument #1 ($var) must be of type Countable|array, null given was created by Konstantin

Joomla 3.10.0, OS Property 3.19.1, PHP 8.0, clean install. I want to create a new object, when I click on the "Create" button, I get an error PHP: count(): Argument #1 ($var) must be of type Countable|array, null given.
/sites/example.com/administrator/components/com_osproperty/classes/property.html.php:1091

What shall I do?
