I think a major layout change is a must

Commo'n I am not a guy that wants people to waste their time... I already looked at those templates... before writting... open your mind and see what I am saying and tell us how long will it take to have a new and modern layout. Just tell that and i'll be happy waiting... but don't trate as a fool... all your themes look old...

You mentioned in your post that the layout of OS Property is old modern, but you haven't provided example about the properties listing layout that you want to have, that makes your idea unclear to us.
But I promise you, we will work seriously with the designer to improve the look and feel of OS Property.

I was thinking that maybe is good for us all to start from a specific page instead of sending you lots of changes that I believe are good.
I think, that we can start from home page for example.
and then we go on.
So, If it is right for you tell me and we will work together with no hurries and no preassure.

Hi Julian,
We should mention to the specific layouts instead of any pages. Because OS Property is Joomla extension, it's not Joomla template, with one Joomla extension, we just have the layouts, you can let me know the layout that you want to improve.
