OSproperty Replace comment counter by jcomments and add short description

I bought OS Property extension and use RealHomes templates
In the homepage :
I want to add and show a short description under "total vewing, comment" of each property.
And can I replace number of default comment by number of jcomments via Plg osproperty _ jcomments?
