OS Property - States and Cities (OS 3.13.0)

I have some problems with the Module mod_ospropertystates.
When I select a country with all cities, the cities are optically displayed, but when I click on the city (link), another country always appears, i.e. it's always the link ... / central-america / costa-rica / .......!
What is the fault, does anyone have an idea?
