I've to create a real estate website and I ask to myself some questions.
In France, we have the obligation to indicate the following fields in real estate sites (ALUR Law) :
- Co-ownership: Yes / No
- Number of batches: integer field
- Average annual amount of expenses: integer field
- Plan to safeguard the co-ownership: Yes / No
- Trustee under provisional administration: text field
- Are the fees to be paid by the purchaser: Yes / No
- Fee display: integer field.
Is this taken into account by your module, or is it easy to add on my side?
