Hi Adriano,
It seems you want to add new more property types (Rent/Sold/Lease..etc) beside existing types in OS Property system?

For example
I have a house to rent and sell.

If I add in administrator page, I need add 2 times some house.

I want type only 1 time and choice something in add property sell and rent.

Hi Adriano,
You can assign one property type for properties. So i advise you to change the roles between property types and categories. Because you can assign more than one category to properties. So that, you can create categories: Rent, Sale..etc and change property types to: Home, Apartment, Condotel ..etc
