Nothing happens (empty page) Purchase Subscription

Hi, once again, something wrong with Purchase Subscription - especially nothing happen - shows empty template page.

Hi Roman,
Please make sure you have OS Property subscription plans in Membership Pro. When you add/edit subscription plans, you do you see tab: OS Property Setting? In that tab, you need to select Yes in option: Is OS Property susbcription.
