User Profile asking same questions

Hi

I noticed that once a New User's (Owner's) registration is activated and they login, they are re-directed to their profile page to complete their profile. However, some of the questions that they are asked are the same as they were asked while registering, e.g. Address. Also, the user does not see what they have already included in the registration screen. Hence, they have to enter their address once again!

This is not a very good customer experience. Why is this happening and how can this be avoided?

Currently, we don't have solution to solve it, we only can make sure the default fields of Joomla User Registration like: Name, Email, Username will be used in OS Property system.

This is not a good enough response. There has to be a solution. We cannot ask customers to complete the same information over and over again.

Can the component work with the Joomla user module only?
