At present there are two options to show related properties - one by distance and one by property type.
If distance is selected, then it displays all property types (i.e. for Rent or for Sale) within the given radius (e.g. 5 miles). If property type is selected, then it displays all property types irrespective of distance, even if it is 40 miles away.
Users looking for Rent are not interested in properties for Sale, and vice versa. So the present filtering is not logical.
So can the logic be changed to ensure that if both options for filtering are selected, then only properties falling with the same property type and within the stated radius only are displayed? This will ensure that users/customers do not view non-relevant results.
