Buttons disappear on mouseover was created by john nelson
So search button on public listsings.. or buttons on create proprerty or edit listings, etc, the buttons disappear on on mouseover.. they just vanish and are gone.

It's CSS issue, please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the issue for you
