Display Listings Help

I'm hoping someone get point me in the right direction with the following. On the main listings landing page I'd like to do the following:

- Show listings in a 3-column format
- Sort by displaying featured listings first, then non-featured next, in a descending order
- Show 20 listings at a time, with pagination that will allow the users to show the next 20, and so on.

I'm not able to find any documentation on achieving this so any help would be much appreciated!

1. You can use Theme3 in this case, Theme3 has option to show properties in 3 columns
2. When you setup menu to layout: Property Listing Layout - to list properties, you can select option Order by Featured properties
3. You can use Joomla Global Variable to define number of properties to be shown on one page.
