Hi,

I wolud like to receive a copy of all the emails sent through forms to any agent.

Is there an option to activate that?

Hi Julian,
OS Property has configure option to send a copy of Request More Details email to administrator. To turn on that option, please go to OS Property Configuration -> Tab: Layout and turn on option: Copy Admin

That worked. Thanks.

But as I have several agents, the copy I receive doesn't tell me which agent was asked.

Is there a possibility to add agent's name on the copy I receive?
