cannot change text in Quick Search Real Homes

i want to change text in Quick Search Real Homes. So i download en-GB.mod_osquicksearchrealhomes.ini and make these changes

OS_FIND_YOUR_HAPPY="FIND YOUR HOME"
OS_SEARCH_PROPERTIES_INSTRODUCTION="Search properties for sale & rent"
OS_PLACEHOLDERTEXT="e.g. 'Kuala Lumpur', 'Damansara', 'Perak' or 'MRT'"

but it didnt change!

How to make the changes applied to the website?
