Message "This functionality does not be activated" when submitting form was created by Alberto Scozzaro
Hello, when I submit the "Request more details" form I get the message "This functionality does not be activated". What does it mean? How to activate the function? Backend settings seems to be ok, I don't understand..

Hi Alberto,
You can try to go to OS Property Configuration -> Tab: Layout and turn on configure option: "Show request more info tab"
