2 forms for Request More Information using Wider Theme was created by Mick Graham

Hi

When I use Wider Theme I have a Request More Information form at the right side (where I want it)
and another at the bottom underneath the comments form.

How do I get rid of the bottom one?

Forget it.... Just switching it off in Layouts/Property Details Settings turns off the bottom one.
