I spoke to the support team and they said
"Your OS Property is too old and it contains potential issues, i see you already purchased OS Property from May 2016, so your download and support permissions were expired on May 2017 (Based on our Term and Condition), please repurchase and install OS Property 3.14.0, then, i think the issue will be solved. "

To hide: component/osproperty in the url to property details page, please setup menu to layout: OS Property - Property Listing Layout. Then, in the Sef links to property details, "component/osproperty" will be replaced by alias of menu.
