Properties NOT Automatically Approved

In Configuration/Properties I have Auto Approval New Property set to YES, but new properties are not being approved.

I use Membership Pro and the user registers and logs in and creates a property but on saving they get this error:

Please purchase subscription first

What am I missing?

When you integrate OS Property with Membership pro, agent will need to purchase subscription to get credits before their properties to be approved. Read more about Membership Pro integration here: osproperty.ext4joomla.com/documentation/...rshippro-integration

I have - If you want Agents/Owners should purchase the subscription before they can add normal or feature properties. Please select this option YES.

And when user chooses Membership Option and signs up, it all appears to work fine. They can view their profile and add a property but it gives the error: Please purchase subscription first. - They have already done that.

I don't understand clearly what is a credit.
The user has signed up for a plan, why does he get the error?
