JInstaller::Install:Cannot find XML setup file (OSproperty 3.12.7, joomla 3.6.5) was created by Cris Giri

Hello: the problem is as described in the title.

I have of course unzipped the first zip.

I also tried to install all the extensions opening the package: all of them will install, all plugins and modules, but not the component...

Can you please help?
