XML Feed export

Hello,

I'm re-designing my property page with OS Property component.
With my old website (which is still in use) I am sharing my properties with two other companies via XML feed. Component I use is iProperty.
There is an XML feed generator running in the background, so I have a web-address pointing to this XML feed which my partners can download.
I cannot find this feature in OS Property description. So is it not included? This would be be a pity since this is so important.
Please let me know if there is a solution.

yes correct, to be downloadable from my website.
And best would be, I only want to put the SALES properties in XML - not the rentals!
