conflict form search property

after 2 days of testing, I had to start over and change templates because of many incompatibility problems with the property search form, you see everything busted. I replaced the model thinking it was a template problem ... but it gives me the same and more errors in all 4 models I tried. I attach photos of the features. you can help me understand. I do not like the purchased product at all. and assistance is not answered. I try here if someone gave me a hand. thank you all!
