If you want to modify Property details page of Theme1, you can make the modification in file: root > components > com_osproperty > templates > theme1 > details.html.tpl.php

I check the CSS source of your full description, i see this inline css: line-height: 15px; color: #000000; font-family: 'lucida grande', helvetica, arial, timesroman; font-size: 12px;
I advise you not to copy the description from other source, because inline style of description from other source can be copied and effect to description when it is showing at front-end
