Property listing - and property details page

Hi

In the menu item for property listings page I have set the theme 2 in the menu item.
For the property details page I would like to have the listing in theme 3.

How is the best way (or the right way) to set this up?

For now I have an hidden menu item for details page where i set theme 3 in the menu item, this seems to work but some times it's a little random if the details page shows with theme 2 or theme 3.

In fact, we need to hard code Theme3 for Property details page.
