Is there a way that you can have the latest commented properties to be shown in, perhaps, a module or in a separate page?
If not, how much would it cost to develope a module (or perhaps as an option in the menu item "property listing layout")?
If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem can not be solved, worrying will do you no good.
