Property listing layout - no list view

On our property listing page, there are icons at the top to switch to grid view or map view:

bwshosting.directrouter.com/~lpllc362/farms-for-sale

However, once one of these is selected, there is no "list" view option to return to the original view. Also, how do I select offer only list view and map view?

When i switch to Grid view or Map view, there are 2 available icons at the top, they are list view and Map view (or grid view). So i think the listing function of Default theme is working well now.
By the way, theme Default doesn't have feature to disable one view (of 3 existing views: List, Grid and Map views)

The issue is that when I first view the page with list view, and then select map view, the only option is switch to grid view. There is no option to switch back to list view. It is only after I select grid view that the list view is available.

I think that there should be three icons so that users can switch back and forth being list view and map view.

Another issue - if I select one of the properties from grid view or map view and then hit the back button to return to the properties list, I get this error:
