2 your properties have prices higher than 500000, that is the reason they don't show in Search result. I will explain more details. If you take a look at Search module/ Advanced search, field: Price. You will see the Price field has min/max value are: 0 -> 500 000. It means when you submit the search form, OS Property will only find the properties having cost from 0 to 500 000. To solve the issue, you can go to Back-end > OS Property > Configuration > Tab: Search and adjust the max value of Price range slider. By that way, your properties will show in Search result.
