Share Translation was created by Colin
I notice the back end menu under 'Tools' there is a link to "Share Translation"
when I click this link I get a message that says:
"Thanks so much for sharing your language files to OS Property Community"
So what just happened?
if I shared something: what did I share and who did I share it with please?
tnx

Hi Colin,
When you Share the Translation, OS Property will send the language files of OS Property in your site to us. We will check if those language files are valuable or not, then, we may add them into OS Property package. That's one way to improve OS Property extension.
Thanks
Dam

Hi Dam
thank you for explaining
I will provide input that you absolutely must revise that process.
You MUST NOT just take (what could be commercially sensitive) data from a web site without first explaining what will you will do with the data, and then getting explicit permission and consent to do it.
I hope you understand why this is important.
Thank you.

Hi,
unfortunately, I must agree with Colin. It is important first to explain what happens and then the confirmation for the use must be caught up. That´s would be the correct way, I think.
But I have also a question:
For a new project I would like to use my own language files from a recently completed project. How can I download this files and upload the files in the new project.
Best Regards
Bettin

Hi Bettin,
You can backup the language files of OS Property through below directories:
1. root > language > en-GB > en-GB.com_osproperty.ini
2. root > administrator > language > en-GB > en-GB.com_osproperty.ini
Thanks
