It seems your properties that you can see at front-end are from US. They are default sample data of OSP Real Estate. But now, you already changed Default country in OS Property. So you can't see them at Back-end side.
To solve the problem, you can go to Back-end > OS Property > Configuration > Tab: General and re-select Default country as United States.
Then, please go to tool: Manage Properties and remove all sample properties.
After that, you can re-select your country as Default country in OS Property system
