Show all properties in map & listing pagination

I have to show somehow all properties in map but this overload the listing page.
I have now 115 properties and will be more to add, this slow loading the page. I don’t mind to have pagination but it’s a must to have ALL properties on map.
Scenario:
If in listing page I do pagination (10-20/page) and I disable the map loading from file listing.html.tpl.php and instead to use the map there to use the add-on module “OS Property Map”.
Would this work to have in listing pagination and in the same time on map all properties?
If this may work I am happy to purchase this module.
