Reduce Font Size For Property Titles was created by What No Website

Hi guys

I'm trying to reduce the font size for the property titles in the modules I am using on the home page:
prntscr.com/f3x5qd

But for some reason the following does not work whether I insert it into my custom CSS file (preferred method) or into the Custom CSS tab in the configuration:

	font-size: 75% !important;
}
.element_title a {
	font-size: 75% !important;
}
