Auto push with Facebook

I am in the process of setting up auto post with Facebook.

When I create my app in developers.facebook.com do I have to sign in using the Facebook account of the website or can I use my personal facebook account to create the App. In short, when you create an App link how do you tell Facebook what account to post the property under. Or do I not understand what this feature does.

When create an app I only see were you add your site URL, not your site facebook account.
