Search results page

Hey

i am working with the ajax search module, the search result page when i hit enter looks like this prntscr.com/eqptie

is it possible that this result page is loaded prntscr.com/eqptv9 ? ( its from the demo )

or is it possible to show the "Search properties" Module in sidebar 1 on that site and to the right of it the results?
