Hi Leroy,
You can use Translation tool at Back-end of OS Property to translate the those words

No, I do not find these phrases in the translation tool. ("Low greenhouse gas emissions" and "Energy-intensive housing (kg / m)"

Please click on menu Submit ticket at the top. You will able to raise new ticket on category: OS Property

Hi,
You can click on menu: Support ticket at the top and create new ticket on category: OS Property. Ticket system is private are so none can see your site information.
