Gtalk cant be disabled

Hello,
although i have disabled the Gtalk (google plus?) field from the Configuration -> User Type, Gtalk field keeps appearing in the user form. I think its a bug.

Also, is there a way to override in the template the /classes/agent.html.php ? There is a lot of frontend code there and it whould be good if it could be ovverriden.
