Perhaps a minor issue, but, on turning Joomla's debugging function on, the language file:
administrator\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_opproperty.sys.ini has a bunch of key definitions entries that are missing underscore characters.
Corrected file attached (remove the .txt extension to use it).
