I am having a problem with the email forums that OS Property uses to send things like new property confirmations and etc. I have no trouble editing the text but when I try to paste in an HTML email template the email forum I am editing stops sending. I want to be able to send HTML emails that have a nice look and feel and represent my brand. However, every email forum on OS Property that I embed HTML email forums into stops sending. Is there any way to fix that? Perhaps creating a "{example}" phrase like the ones that already exist? Could you tell me how to do that?
I also have a question about the "request more details" second on the property pages. Is there any way to change the options listed on the email forum there? Some of them like "request a showing" don't work for me and I'd like to substitute them for something else. How would I go about doing that?
