Override for backend_style.css

I am trying to customise the OS Property backend and following the instructions to add a custom CSS file but it is not having any effect. The backend does not seem to call the custom.css file either so no changes are being recognised.

Is there a solution for this?

Unfortunately, OS Property doesn't have feature to override Back-end stylesheet
