hourly rental with OS Property

Hi all,
Can I customize the component OS Property - Joomla Real Estate for the organization of hourly rental rooms, may be I must adding the ability to hourly in search and filtering facilities?
If it possible, please tell me what settings or additional plug-ins I'll have to install it.

Currently, OS Property doesn't have feature to allow setup Hourly rental rooms with OS Property. In fact, OS Property has the add-on is OS Calendar, it is used to setup rental feature with OS Property, however, it is used for night renting.
