I am a bit nervous to run the update to 3.0.4 without checking with you first because we have so much data on the site now that I do not want to affect.
Do I just install the update over the existing version 3.0.3?

When you install OS Property 3.0.4, your existing data will not be overwritten, only your modification and language files are overwritten.
