Theme 3 Property Details Page Layout

Hello,
I have a few questions about Theme 3 OS Property Layout, in particular the Settings for the Property Details Page.

In the attachement I demonstrate my problems:

1) on a page with a property details there are 3 places where I find number of bedrooms and bathrooms and in 2 spots info about parking. Is there a way to change this so that this information would appear only once? I would prefer to see this Base Information as a list to the right of the main photo...
-> When we designed Theme3, we want to show several important information of property at right hand side while in the main content of property details page, all information will be shown.

2) The price under the line with a ref # and the name of a property is mentioned once together with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and then it is repeated in the next line lower. What could I do here to have it once?
-> In file: root > components > com_osproperty > templates > theme3 > details.html.tpl.php
Find: echo $row->price1; and remove it.

3) Is it possible to change the font and the color of the font of the Title that comes out on a Property Details Page in the right top corner as a text with a reference number and the name of a property?
-> You can change font of title in Property details in file: root > components > com_osproperty > templates > theme3 > details.html.tpl.php
