Customize the result page of Quick Search module

Hi!, I want to customize the result page to display when sending a query from the module quick search.
I want in result page that the form of advance search not display and display only the result of the query with a search properties module. If the query doesn't result then display all properties.

Can I make this?
And can I put the same search properties module that I have in another page in the advance search page?

And I have another question, can I edit the form of advanced search? I don't find the file with the layout.

Note: I haven't a advance search page in the menu is generated automatically.
