SOLVED !!!Field to add levy amount some properties

We have the situation where we need to show what the monthly levy amount is for some properties. Is there a way that this can be added to a listing?

My clients have properties listed on the website that the owners have to pay monthly levies to a Body Corporate if the property is in a gated complex or estate. It is quite a common feature here in our country. They have requested that this amount, that the owner needs to pay on a monthly basis, be shown as part of the listing.
It is something like the History and Taxes field that you already have on the listing but this is not quite the same as it is a Body Corporate levy that the owner becomes responsible for once he takes ownership of the property.
