Modal Hidden Body: Log-in / Log-out Problem

Good Day,

I am having an issue with my Modal Position, whenever I access my site offline, there is an invisible block which is the Log-in Pop-up and Log-out Pop-Up that hinders my mouse on clicking anything behind it, but whenever i click the Log-in Button, then cancel it, it disappears. Same goes for my Log-out Pop-up.

Please Help

It is the Joomla Built in Log-in Module

It seems to be transparent but is above the front-end, then disapears when you notice it

seems that my modal position is having a problem, after I downloaded the Freestyle Announcement Module
