Admin Manager was created by Helen
How does an admin manager that has permission Manage All Properties Front End, specify an agent for that particular property or is it not possible to do front end as the Admin Manager?

Hi Helen,
You need to create one Joomla user group like Front-end Manager. And then, you can assign user to this Joomla group. In OS Property ACL management page, you can assign permission to manage properties at front-end for this user group.
At front-end, when user of group: Front-end Manager login, they will able to manage all properties.
Thanks
Dam

Hi Dam
I am still having trouble with the front end admin setup:
1. What should the parent Group be of the new Admin Manager group be in Joomla user manager? Currently I have the parent set as Registered, this might be incorrect.
2. I have allowed User access to Manage All Properties on the front end as well as a few others that I thought would be relevant.
The problems I am having are that the Admin Manager is not able to select a user (Agent) on the front end when creating a new property. They simply do not show. All my users are setup as Agents.
Another strange problem is that the Admin Manager is not able to Copy and Paste any text into the Long Description text box from say Excel. It seems that it all needs to be typed over. This however is not the case when we log into the back end.
Please can you assist. The site is live let me know how to send you login details if you need to check anything.
Thank you.

Hi Helen,
Currently, the main task of Admin manager at front-end is managing all properties. He is able to modify existing properties, but OS Property hasn't been designed to allow Admin manager to post properties at front-end.
We will consider to find solution for this problem in near future.
Thanks
Dam

Your response explains a lot - thank you.
Just so that you understand why I am asking about this. My client has one admin manager that will be loading all the properties for all their agents. It is their way to ensure that each property is correctly loaded and the that quality of the submission is good. It is a good strategy to follow as not all Agents have the skills to do it correctly. This Admin Manager has now been given back end access, which is not ideal but it is all that we can do at this stage. So the future update will be good
Could you figure out why it is not possible to cut and paste from Word or Excel into the long description via the front end Admin Access?
