Print this page was created by Helen
I have created a new template by duplicating and renaming Theme one.
I would like to know how can I change the colors for the Print this page. See attachment of current colors.
I have searched everywhere but cannot find them.
The reason I am wanting to modify this page is because the PDF page has no images included. It is a better option for printing but it needs images.

Hi,
You can make the modification on file: root > components > com_osproperty > helpers > layouts > propertyprint.php
Thanks

Hi Dam
Is it possible to change the layout of the Print This Page or the PDF. My client requires this feature a lot but the output does not look very good. I have included two attachments.
01.jpg is what it looks like when I print the PDF - no pictures show and the layout does not look good
02.jpg is when I print the Print This Page to PDF - here the pictures show but there is a large gap left on the first page with the title. It will be much better if the pictures could fill this big gap and reduce the overall layout to 2 pages.
Thank Helen

Hi Helen,
One Print layout may work well with some customers but not other customers. It's normal problem, because the layout on website is different with layout on paper (after printing), it depends on number pictures of properties ..etc. In this case, it's difficult to make the pictures to be fit into the white space in printing layout.
Hope you understand.
Dam

Hi Dam
There must be a way that the printout of the PDF can be improved. I understand that Print This Page may have its problems, it just provides a slightly better printed out option than the PDF. The PDF option should include images but can be limited to the first image in the gallery. The rest of the info is there but needs to be formatted so that it presents better and includes the company logo and details etc. This is such an important function that all the Agents use to communicate with their clients.
I have included a PDF of another site I am working on that generates a simple but structured layout. It has a single image with contact details of the agent and then the main features of the item.
Our Agents call this a brochure that they often print out and leave with their clients.
Please can you take a look at it or advise me how to change it.
Thanks

Hi Dam
I am only pursuing this because it is an important problem that I need to solve, so I have a question. Is it possible to to export a single property into a xml file as a function on the front end? We could then format it in a Word template for printing.
