Dear support at OS Solutions, Please I have this problem. When a user creates and saves a new property, the user does not get any email notification that his property has been added to the site. Admin too does not get any email notification that a property has been added to the site so that he can attend to it. The email is sent to both the admin and user. only when the property is approved.
At the email forms area in the Joomla backend, all the email alerts have been published. Also the cron job link at the alert system in the configuration area has been used in the hosting control panel to properly set up cron jobs that runs every one minute.
Please can you help me identify what else I can do so that both admin and users will get notified by email once a property has been saved?
