One Language Site / How to change english settings

Hi,
I want to directly in the code change visual settings in a other language for city, state, country, rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms.
I don't want to change the code just the appearance in the site.
Which file can i take and change those english words to another language?

I've seen that adding another language and going to overrides gives answer to my first question. But for some reason, the english language doesn't show up it stays in french language and it doesn't show the slider and the search module. How can I get over it ?

Hi Dam,
It won't be necessary, I've found the answer. It was due to my lack of knowledge of the joomla dependecies. All I had to do was go to menu assignment end check my translated pages.

But I still have a small problem with the MegaMenu. It shows the translations in the configuration part but not on the site. It stays in english although I have enabled the french language. The english flag point to the english version but does redirect to the french version too.
